We’re just about ready to embark on the Orange Blogger Bus Tour. But before we board the plane to San Francisco, we still have the Monday schedule to share with you.
We will actually meet our pumped-up team of bloggers on Sunday afternoon and begin our trip with an exhibition entitled ‘Seeking Silicon Valley’ at the 2012 ZERO1 Biennial, a digital art show which aims to examine how artists have engaged with the ground-breaking technology that has come to define Silicon Valley. This visit will give everyone an idea of the high tech and innovative frame of mind of the Valley and kick start our week of investigation in a fun way.
Hoping that the jet lag will have spared most of us, we’ll be up at dawn on Monday morning and head off to Orange Silicon Valley to hear about our colleagues’ activities in the Bay Area. Chief Executive Officer George Nahon will be our keynote speaker in the morning, before we get a glimpse and live demo of some of the latest Orange creations such as Swoop or Xendo. In the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to find out all about Orange’s exclusive research programs, including Post IT Era and Talent Acquisition. The day will end with a meet & greet networking session and hopefully plenty of blogging!
So here you have it, the Orange Blogger Bus Tour schedule in a fairly healthy nutshell. We’re all looking forward to an exciting week, with plenty of interesting things to see, passionate people to meet and with any luck a few surprises. Be sure to stay tuned on the live Orange blog for a day-by-day account of our trip. Got a plane to catch, see you in Frisco!
