Mouna Sepehri brings our mini-portrait series of women speaking at the 2012 Women’s Forum to a close.
As the Executive Vice President to the Office of the CEO at Renault, and a member of the Renault Group’s Executive Committee, she supervises the duties delegated to the General Management (Legal issues, Public Affairs, Communications, General Services, CSR, etc.). She is also a director of Danone, Nexans, and the M6 Group.
Consequently, Mouna Sepehri is an expert when it comes to the business world, and particularly, with regard to large global groups. Unlike Delphine Remy-Boutang, who admitted to not feeling the effects of the financial crisis, the Renault Group has had to confront it head-on, due to the serious impact it has had on the automobile industry in Europe (as confirmed by Carlos Ghosn, Chairman of the Renault-Nissan Group, during an interview on BFM TV on September 27). The resulting situation is therefore not very reassuring for employees. Mouna Sepehri will be speaking at the Women’s Forum during the round-table discussion entitled, “Create more social cohesion in companies to unlock growth”, with the aim of offering practical solutions on this issue.
In this interview, we came back to this particular subject, to find out her view of how a large group should be managed, and the challenges of social cohesion during a period of financial crisis. She also revealed to us her outlook for growth, and how important it is for her to disconnect from the digital world from time to time. Watch the interview now!
