This year, official accounts are springing up everywhere on the micro-blogging site, which has the advantage of being able to instantly communicate results, comments, photos and other live tweets. You can find all the latest information about the Tour using the #TDF12 hashtag and the official account @letour. There are also teams and riders who send out tweets to be more responsive, to stay in touch with the fans, and to offer exclusive content.
